Incorrect information. Apartment size does not match the lease

Mr. Volberg has been looking after the objects of our family for decades and we have always been very satisfied. The personal contact, the individual advice regarding the object care make the cooperation extremely pleasant.

An individual inspection was expected, instead a collective inspection was met. The meeting point and time were not kept, you stood there as ordered and not picked up. Instead you had to enter the apartment yourself via the garden, all doors were open, it was a constant in and out. You couldn't even find Mr. Volberg because he was talking in a room. All interested parties had to look at the rooms themselves, there was no information about the apartment. The interested parties including us were neither paid attention to nor welcomed where there was time. According to the advertisement, the apartment has just been renovated and will be handed over renovated, unfortunately the apartment was in a very bad and dirty condition. When asked, it was assured that nothing had been done to the apartment for half a year and would not be done either, either you are satisfied with it or you leave it. It was therefore a deliberate deception to note this in the advertisement.
