Absolutely unprofessional, I wanted to buy a ticket lately and 10 minutes before the end, the good lady says I'm too late to close immediately - it was TEN minutes before closing time, is this normal? As far as I know, it takes a maximum of a minute to sell a card or not?

The KölnMusik ticket shop sweetened our visit to Cologne a lot. Because while it was impossible to buy tickets for a very popular concert through the Eventim app, the very friendly staff helped us in no time. Now I can look forward to the concert, thank you!

The KölnMusik ticket shop also likes to close two minutes earlier. There you don't have to briefly issue a voucher, since the "systems have already been shut down". That doesn't seem entirely credible while inside another customer is being served by a colleague - "different system". Obviously there is no interest in the customer or in sales. The advice in the KölnMusikTicket-Shop in Mayerschen am Neumarkt is much friendlier. Better go there soon, or hope that you will be welcomed by a friendly employee at Roncalliplatz.
