If the exchange rate is better than when the one you get when you pay by card, then the exchange rate is GOOD. Then this place would get 5 stars. If the exchange rate is slightly worse - then it is AVERAGE. Then this place would get 3 to 4 stars. If the exchange rate seems like it is a RIP OFF, then it is what it seems. Then such place would get 1 to 2 stars. For me this place feels like a rip off. The only redeeming factor that this place is no worse than other exchange sites: all of them are a rip off. Paying by card is 30% cheaper. Can you believe it? If the rates were much worse than elsewhere, then this place would get 1 star. If this place had slightly worse exchange rates than any other place, then it would get 2 stars. If this place had the same as all other exchange rate, then this place would get 3 stars. If the exchange rates were better than other places, then this place would get 4 stars. If the exchange rates were better than the ones provided by my card, then this place would get 5 stars. All of those exchange sites deserve 1 star. This one is no better. But since everyone does that, that increases the rating of this place to AVERAGE. Therefore I am issuing an average score - of 3 stars.

Location is well placed but honestly their rates are horrendous, they are taking massive commission chunks. For reference... In UK I was getting 1.10 Euros per £ yesterday in numerous exchanges, the market rate was 1.14 Euros per £, so small commission taken by UK vendors but this place offered 1 Euros per £0.98 (which flipping translates as 1.02 Euro per £) what shoddy poor exchange is that?. Maybe I am being little over top with my review but travelled USA, Canada, Ireland, France, Latvia, Poland, Italy, Spain and Portugal before this Germany trip and always took local currency and Bank of England notes in case I wish to spend more than estimated. This is very first time I have found it impossible to find competition in market, its this place or nowhere. If your UK or even elsewhere you might want to accept your bank's charges even if you are advised their charges are on high side compared to competitors. My bank today charged me £264 + 1.5% fee(£3.96) = £267.96 for 300 Euros, this place wanted £294 for 300 Euros.
