The bag I like was right on their shelf but the lady in front still told me the store didn’t have it and offered no further help. Reading through the comments, I suggest Staffs of this store should put the sign “no sell for tourists” rather than keep a grumpy face when tourists come to visit the store.

Long lines, accuses us of of stealing, store rep walked off with my passport and served some one else. Also all we had to do was pick up a reserved order. We had 2 of them, one for me and one for my brother. They combined the order and charged it on one card. It was supposed to me for me and my brother. He would pay for his order and me for mine. Now my brother owes me money and we have to split up the customs tax paper work. They have cash registers and employees to do these things for you. I paid 2000 to wait 30 minutes for them to screw everything up. Now my brother wants to pay me and give him his part of the customs money.

Time to receive service was high, waiting outside for admittance, then waiting inside. The service once past that was exemplary! The staff was very good, Alisha M, and Caroline G, helped us and could not have been more helpful, nor more professional. After the sale was complete, Caroline took the time to explain about the source documents of a reticulated python skin decoration of a purse that we had only looked at, but, misunderstood the meaning of. It wasn't required of her, but she took the time to do it.
