Let me tell you something about Germans. We booked a lovely stay at an hotel in Germany for some leisure activities in the weekend. After passing into Germany we were held up by staff of this company and escorted to an undisclosed parking lot where we were vividly searched and questioned about our activities. Apparently some illicit findings were done, which earned us a short stay at this resort. Politely we cooperated but this was not returned in exactly the same manner. To sum it up: 1. Had so sit and wait for 3 hours on a hard plastic chair and was not allowed to move or have a smoke break. 2. Service personnel were incapable of properly communicating or providing documents in other languages then German. 3. Service personnel was not very helpful and not even slightly respondent to light comedy. 4. The (lack of) food and drinks were just utter terrible. The only thing they had to offer was either water or bad powder coffee which smelled like it was a mornings leftover. 5. The place looked like some cold war era building, not very cheerful at all. The walls were very dull, the lack of art and decoration does not portray it to be very welcoming and appeasing to the eye. All in all I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone else 1/5 would not book again.
