"Police - your friend and helper" they always say, because of! I recently had a request and called by phone. Then I got an employee on the phone who told me that "I should just call Berlin", but then I was too lazy to give me the number - I would also find it on the Internet. So after I had no success I went there personally. Then a somewhat older employee of stature came out the door with his tobacco in hand. I then desperately asked him for help. What I got was neither a correct answer to my question nor the impression that I was taken seriously. While he answered disinterestedly, he rolled his cigarette comfortably and hardly paid any attention to me. When I asked more specific questions, he seemed slightly annoyed and gave me the option to simply search for the answer on Google several times. Personally, I find it highly unprofessional and just ridiculous. As a citizen you have a right to information! What do we have the police for when it seems like Google exists? Pure disappointment!

Rheydter Wache is better than Theodor Heuss Wache. Telephone contact should be improved.

Most incompetent police officers from NRW! Something like that is in the service of the state!

Nice that our police guard since last winter 2019, AGAIN FOR US BUERGERS, the city of Rheydt, IS HERE. We missed you and felt very threatened. So many robberies in the city, at the main station Rheydt and parking offenders etc. AT MARIENPLATZ IN PARTICULAR, it was no longer possible to go shopping in peace and at a distance during Corona times. PLEASE STAY healthy and protect yourself and us in our city.
