Unreliable and incompetent! Sightseeing 70 km arrived and none from place. On demand was called back and informed that appointment canceled. Ms. Windelen has simply forgotten to inform us. A total of 140 km at today's cost not excusable.

Absolute impudence what happens here. In September (we are currently at the end of November) the employee Windelen was informed about the oil level of the heating system. Of course, it was NOT taken care of. We are now sitting at 3 degrees outside with a baby in the apartment and freeze because the fuel oil has gone out and of course that happens exactly on the weekend. THIS IS NEGLIGENCE HIGH 10! Addendum: Once again, you can not make it to check the oil level although it will be paid for it. Apartments are at 16 degrees, tank is empty. Congratulations, to this absolute INCOMPETENCE.
