Super friendly employees of the immigration service and welcoming receptionist . It’s possible to enter Only with appointment because of the pandemic. They are respectful and punctual. It’s all clean and well organized . I was assisted by Frau E. For the renewal of paperwork . She is very friendly and helpful . This immigration service is unique in my opinion in Germany. It should be considered as the modal . Respect for the employees and for their professionalism
