Consistently incompetent advice and support! First, we were mediated through Mr. Inok's home loan contracts, with completely false promises. There were difficulties with the allocation and payment. Then the transmission of the Riester information to the allowance agency was not properly transmitted to us, which means that we missed 300 € in funding. Mr. Inoks and his colleague were unable to properly transmit the information. Appointments can only be made here at times that are completely foreign. Someone who works full-time does not take a day off to have a conversation that is only necessary because the bank is at fault. We have now switched to ING with all accounts. Better, more competent and friendly service 24/7. You really don't need to be surprised about the closures when it comes to quality.
