Actually, 2 stars are still too many ... But there is one star for parking ... Reason: Several branches have been closed here in Soest ... Now you have to drive unnecessarily to the main office for many things ... But after all, there are citizens who cannot or do not want to do online banking ... The opening times stated on the internet for the main office are also incorrect, so that some trips were also free ... I know that some customers have already changed and you should think more about the relevant places if you don't want to lose even more customers ...

If you are still looking for the good old bank clerk, you will find it here. Flexibility and customer-friendly processes are still a long way away.
