I can only recommend this funeral, you will be well looked after from start to finish. We felt very comfortable there and our loved one was treated with dignity and respect. They fulfill the wishes that are expressed and make many things possible. My compliments to this family company here are still treated with heart and passion.

With a little time, I can look back on what happened and I'm a little more shocked every time I think about it. The employee of this funeral home told me in the first interview that my father probably suffocated. (Nothing indicated!). When asked whether the bluish discoloration should not be covered with make-up, I was told that this would not be possible under any circumstances - they would not have such make-up. We should be prepared to see a person who was not like the one we knew. After 2 sleepless nights because of these statements I was finally able to see my dad - it wasn't as bad as described but in any case this discoloration could have been covered! The worst of all in this situation, however, was seeing that my dad wasn't washed! Neither the body, nor the hands, and certainly not the face. It was horrible! I also find the fact that you have to pay every hour in which you want to see a loved one again an absolute absurdity and I've never experienced it before! All in all, I would never, by no means, come up with the idea of ​​hiring this funeral home again.

Thank you very much, the Fuisting family, in a very personal conversation, funeral provisions would be completed with my mother in a technically competent manner. That helped me a lot, I now know that everything will be implemented in the interests of my mother.

My father felt that he was in very good hands during the preliminary talk. After his death, the entire "process" was perfect for my brothers and me.
