I only have positive experiences. My mother had a stroke, I have to organize myself through a lot of bureaucracy and care. The IKK always accompanied me with a lot of sympathy and heart. Regarding regulations ... with all the force of bureaucracy and helplessness, my mother gets what she needs and I can do it well with the great support of the IKK classic. Thanks to the IKK !!! (I myself am not even insured there)

Very poorly reachable by telephone, endless waiting loops. Unfortunately it was always referred to the next colleagues. Did not get a problem solution. The service was a lot better a few years ago. Very bad.

Catastrophe, I've been a member for 23 years and the last 3 years have diminished everything! Rude, uncooperative and incompetence are capitalized there.
