I already called them twice today because I get an additional payment from them that is not yet on my account although I am also a customer of the Sparkasse. The accounting department is not able to enter that even though I get it today I'm really at a loss for words. But if we don't pay on time, we will collect 10 Euro reminder fees but they can transfer as they want
