Buyers beware I can only warn. Warranties are denied and ignored. Promised services to remedy defects will not be adhered to. Things are just sat out. Constructive-critical communication no longer possible. There is obviously a conflict of interest with the general contractor. Hands off!

My properties are managed very well by the Schulze-Ardey office. Communication is fast, direct and honest - my tenants also reflect this to me. This is not the first time I have recommended the property management team. Thumbs up!

Beware of the buyer! "Finest-Living" turned out to be a castle in the air, various defects subsequently clouded the initially good overall impression. Notices of defects are not taken seriously and are partially ignored. The dissatisfaction is correspondingly high ... unfortunately no recommendation!
