AUTO SUPERVISION Parking at Frankfurt Airport

Avoid this place if you can. The way to the airport was fine but we had some issues on our way back (1 month later). It's not about the rude driver or the fact that he didn't even bother fastening his seatbelt and that he drove carelessly. That happens, I guess. But we noticed some scratches on the car that were absolutely not there before and the key was damaged (the plastic was swollen and cracked which shows a storage in a place that was too hot). We asked the driver about it but he only spoke German. We sent an email to the company and they immediately declined any responsability without even considering anything else. They insisted that the damages were here before, which is absolutely wrong. I've rarely seen such a dishonest attitude and lousy customer service. If you really have to use their services, take a lot of pictures of your car (inside and outside) before giving it to them. That might prevent any bad faith on their part.

I recently returned from a flight from the US and arrived at the lot, only to hear that our car keys accidentally got locked in the car as they were pulling it around for our arrival. After a 20hr travel day, this was the last thing I wanted to hear. However, they driver was super friendly and apologetic. He said he would call someone to get the car open and even offered to take us to breakfast while we waited. We decided not to go and they offered to get us sandwiches at the nearby Subway which we decided against as well. As we were waiting, the driver returned from a quick run (after I asked for a single water bottle) and he brought cookies from the bakery, still water, gas water and juice for the kids. While we waited, the manager even called us and apologized for such an inconvenience, she even decided to comp us the entire cost of the parking (18 days) for this experience. I understand that coming back to a situation like this is not ideal, but we all make mistakes and the best part is that the company recognized the mistake, owned up to the mistake and then took corrective action to fix it! I would absolutely use them again, they were waiting for us when we first arrived, helped load our bags and were waiting on us when we returned, again helping us with bags. The only thing that went wrong was the accidental locking of our keys in our car, but after about 45min the issue was taken care of and they payed ADAC to get them out. **EDITED** Downgraded review from 2 stars to 1 star. Extremely rude customer service/response. It turns out that I misunderstood the bill, but instead of politely explaining the situation, the owner has sent me a nasty email stating I should learn to "use a dictionary" before reserving service. My confusion about the bill stemmed from making a phone call before arriving, in which I was under the impression that the price included interior/exterior cleaning. There are plenty of other services in Frankfurt with better customer service & will even allow you to drive your car directly to the airport. Original Review: Two stars due to the cleaning service. I paid for the entire cleaning service (inside/outside detail), however only the inside of the car was cleaned. Would never pay for their services again, unless it is for parking only. Save your money for someone who will do the job.

Do not use this company - After collecting my car in the evening, the following morning I found 3 footprint on the bonnet of my car. There are now scratched and dents in these locations. Auto-Aufsicht refused to accept fault and banned me from using their service. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
