For Christmas I was given fillet of beef for sous vide preparation. In terms of quality, I wonder if it's not the wrong loin. A thick tendon in it and the meat is not suitable for quick frying. The first 250g piece out of 6 was good ... Will test that again. Otherwise there is goulash: /
