Unfortunately, very disappointing! No customer service after the purchase! Problems are ignored and deficiencies should be regulated at your own expense. It was an expensive experiment! Once and never again!

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed after the repair of my saddle. The saddle had to be sent in again due to many defects. In addition, the customer service was unfortunately very bad.

Horse farm and workshop for the production of saddles, halters and bridle for horses of the highest German quality. The whole is located in a charming, peaceful village among fields and meadows with the word peace and quiet. Friendly atmosphere.
