I am so appalled by Frau Saal from the sick pay department ... Outrageously unfriendly arrogant and cannot answer simple questions ... It's a shame because of individual incompetent employees, the entire team with many nice and competent people like Frau Kofind who are friendly and professional and take care of the matter quickly.

Really underground. There are fewer and fewer co-payments, instead points are collected and a "bonus program", like the "Payback" points at the discount store at the cash register. You can now look for something great in the AOK "premium shop" after you have paid endlessly for your own health care. But only if you have a computer to log on to the website and can upload all the papers yourself to prove it. In addition senseless sentences like: "Nice that you take care of your health". Sure, what else should I do? ? I'm already looking forward to the standard generated answer. "Thank you for the star rating. Too bad we only get one star from you ....... blah, blah
