The purchase was very professional, but still very nice, personal and honest. Ms. Funer was always there from the tour to the notary appointment and very helpful. She gave us competent advice on all questions. She also recommended the right tenant for the rental afterwards - we are still very happy with the apartment and would like to work with Ms. Funer on future projects.
Ms. Funer supported me well in finding a new tenant and replacing some furniture. Contrary to other brokers, you do not conduct mass visits. This enables her to make the tense housing situation in Munich a little more human.
