This company verge on the criminal in their business practices - DO NOT USE If they send you damaged or incorrect goods they will accuse you of tampering with them and will do eveything possible to avoid paying you the refund and return postage you are due. They will insult you, call you stupidm and accuse you of lying saying that you have tampered with the goods. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM as the owner's behaviour borders on the criminal.

I have never come into contact with such an unprofessional company. Customer service is so outrageous that I can't speak. We will probably enforce our claims with a lawyer.

Unfortunately, I first received a defective Atera wheel carrier. One of the support arms was pre-bent at the factory. The subsequent customer service including easy exchange - just great. I have rarely experienced so friendly, competent and smooth.
