The services are very slow. I got an appointment after 2 weeks. That is weird because why is an appointment needed if I already have transactions with the bank. For opening an account I had to go there 2 times personally in COVID-19 pandemic. There was no other way. Even after that they said they will the documents by post and it will take 3 days. Also the account activation would take 3 days. 2 weeks have passed and I still did not receive any documents by post. I wanted to urgently open an account but sense of urgency is missing here. A more interesting case is that my friend started account opening procedure on the same day in India and his account was ready within 1 day along with the online banking details. Where in time are we?

Unfortunately, I can only award the previous speaker. Unavailable by phone, the callback set up from the hotline is ignored even if you call several times and you have to go to the branch during the mostly customer-unfriendly opening times. Once there, you are not even greeted. Just one, what's up? ... Unfriendly no thanks

What a lousy service. Daily checkout times only until 1pm. And that's called a branch bank.

1 machine in Ingolstadt, maybe by the end of 2020. Who knows? Telephone support 200% on announcement. Tape announcement understands "no" as "yes" and "yes" as "no". Nobody can be reached, everything is crazy. It just hurts a lot.

Big bank, but: Only one branch and only one room with machines for the whole of Ingolstadt with almost no parking. No possibility to speak personally to someone in the branch over the phone. The machine announcement does not get you to your destination. Why?
