Acted very annoyed on the phone! I made a request for viewing twice by e-mail, both times there was no response. After I called, I was offered an appointment in 2 hours, which I couldn't take due to my work. There was no concrete answer to the question of how to proceed. I can't recommend it!
Already looked annoyed & uninterested on the phone. Rarely seen such a bad real estate agent.
Caution!
Mr. Menzel does not bother with visits. I looked at two objects. It was only 15 minutes per apartment to buy a property. It was a listed building that was completely renovated. He had no information about the type of renovation or monument protection. In addition, we were not told that it was a mass tour. The apartment was awarded the "district heating" type of heating, even though it was a central heating system with gas.
After I reserved the apartment, it was reserved for another without feedback. I had to sign a brokerage contract to get more information for the property, but I never got that information afterwards.
In my opinion, Mr. Menzel is one of those brokers who are absolutely not worth their money. I hope that at some point there will be a certification for qualified brokers so that such people are no longer allowed to practice their craft.
