You feel in very good hands with Mr. Artner and his team. The advice is competent, detailed and transparent. Customer service is great. Absolute recommendation.
After a disappointment at the Sparkasse (customer requests are ignored and try to persuade you to a much higher loan than you actually want), Sparda Bank (total failure, no lending possible since October due to a system change) and VR Bank (have not even reported back) I took out construction financing at Allianz Artner and I am 100% satisfied. Very quick appointments and very professional appearance. Mr. Artner was always very courteous, took a lot of time and listened carefully to my wishes and did not try to propose something to me that I actually do not want. Although I had requested a construction loan at very short notice, the application was approved after just under a week and the documents in the mailbox after less than 10 days. Absolute recommendations, couldn't be happier!
