I just called the citizens' office and never had someone as rude on the phone as today. Absolutely incomprehensible how you can hire such people at the citizens' office who talk so incredibly rude and disrespectful to the citizens. If you don't feel like doing a job with customer contact, then you just look for another job. Absolute cheek.
Since a lot of people have bad experiences here, I wanted to write something good.
I needed an extended registration certificate, which can be applied for online, the form is very practical, but not bad for an authority. 4 payment methods are offered, including PayPal. The process took less than 5 minutes, including Google search, and I think the price of 5 € for sending the document is okay.
The following could be improved:
- I find the homepage overloaded, prefer to focus on the essential tasks, if I want to read news about Ingolstadt there are other pages
- I've had a DE-Mail for about 15 years that I've never been able to use, that would be a great use case for it.
Don't live there
If it is possible I would not give a star at all, just unfriendly, they should all go through a training course on how to deal with people properly and that friendliness has not yet harmed
