Súper nice place. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. You can find everything for your pet. I recommend it totally!
The store is okay and offers different products. However, 1. They keep exotic animals such as parrots in small cages 2. they do not accept major credit cards, only German EC and cash. Selling exotic animals taken out of their natural habitat zones should be forbidden by law. Germany is toooo cold for those fellows!

Unfortunately I have to award a star, because without it there is no rating. Unfortunately I haven't had any good experiences here! Having multiple cats, I wanted to stock up on more food before the holidays. I was yelled at by an employee that only food is given in normal household quantities because other customers also want food. Something so unfriendly has never happened to me before and nowhere! Fortunately, there are also other specialist shops in Ingolstadt where the staff are friendlier.
