It was clear to me that you work on a commission basis. But nobody works for free, not even the advisors at the Sparkasse. I can definitely recommend you.

I would be very very careful here! In my experience, only career changers with no vocational training and no specialist knowledge of what they are supposed to sell work for this company. You should ask your consultant to explain exactly what costs are in the mediated products and what your "consultant" (seller) earns from the mediation! Let us give you that in writing! Often, the property developers still pay gigantic commissions to the intermediaries that could otherwise be saved when buying property. The same applies to arranging insurance, funds and so on! As a rule, you are better advised if you are looking for a reputable and really independent consultant, or if you contact the construction company or seller of real estate.
