I have been a satisfied customer of this branch for several years. This year new hearing aids were on the program again, and I was very, very well advised by Mrs. Peierl and her team here. I have been proposed several models that I was allowed to test extensively and long. Also, they took a lot of time to set up the test models, so that they really fit and were configured correctly. In addition, I also got the opportunity in advance to test all sorts of accessories for the test models. When I decided on a particular model, they were patiently configured and I was able to make changes at any time. Even when the ear piece was not 100% fit, it was again exchanged for goodwill, so that everything is really perfect! :) Thank you for the great care! :)
