VR-Bank Landau-Mengkofen eG

About 3 years ago my husband moved to a district in Upper Bavaria. Apparently you have to log in and out of the bank, because you locked the entire account with us after the one-time use of EC Cash at that time including the card ??? !!! Without warning! Without contact, of course, on time for the weekend where nobody could reach. Not at all !!! This is a bench erstmal nothing at where and why you move in Germany. And to assume that his customers never leave your county, I feel like a very overcautious reason to flatten the entire account. It took 1 week to get account access again and another 2 weeks until the card went away. And no one came to him as an excuse for the inconvenience caused by the bank. For example, that I had to drive around the area for 1 hour to trigger it at a gas station because he could not pay !!! You made me so mad VR Bank !!!!! Point 2: On-line banking did not go with my man at once any more (probably log in forgotten, tip error-- happened) It has been over 1 year now and No statement when exactly because the new log would come in data. Apparently, the absolute impossibility for the bank to give the customer here an absolutely reliable statement. Now it's October 2019 and you still can not get online banking! But in fee calculations and their collection, as you are ultra fast. Stay fair! SERVICE PROVIDER!!! So service is different !!! I find the outside really incomprehensible! To me such a business behavior acts very unwelcome and absolutely zero contemporary.

In itself a good, stable bank, where you can go and where you get really friendly help. It's also great that I don't pay any fees for my checking account during my training. Unfortunately, it was the second time that I had the case that money appeared on my account, which was then debited again after a short time. That just seems extremely unprofessional.
