great new office! The staff is as in the previous very friendly and helpful. I particularly like the entrance area, orange is my favorite color.

LETTERS Change of money at VR-Bank Landau-Mengkofen eG, Office Landau Straubinger Str. 5a Landau, 07.10.2019 approx. 11:20 am ... to get me roll money, I entered o.g. new bank rooms. I explained my request to a rather friendly-looking young man, to which he explained to me that I had to pay a fee of EUR 10.00 for exchanging money since I had my account with VR-Bank in Dingolfing. That shocked me so much - and I replied that I thought it was impertinence and I was not ready to pay for it - I asked him to convey my request to his boss, which he did. - Back he came with the SOOO generous offer to make it exceptionally for EUR 5.00. Under protest and with the suggestion that I would hang this heaven-shouting insolence on the big bell - I left the branch and changed the money at the savings bank in the upper city - of course, for free; - although I'm not a customer there! Should these new fees perhaps be used to finance the now too expensive conversion of this branch? - In addition, the branch of the same bank in the upper city has totally closed the cash desk and points to the branch in the lower town! - Great service, - what? You can see again how grateful the banks are to us citizens for the fact that we once saved them with our taxpayers' money! - What do we get back for it? - 10.00 EUR fees for a so far everywhere, of course free money exchange service! - In addition, this fee-based service is now available only in the lower branch of this "VR-Bank Landau-Mengkofen eG"!
