Always helpful, very satisfied
In July of this year, I brought my 2-year-old Automower 450X to Fachwerkstatt Menzel in Beeskow because of a lack of battery power.
After thorough inspection, an irreversible deep discharge of one of the two batteries was detected immediately on site. Since I had parked the Automower but before the winter storage fully charged in the basement, according to manual on my part everything was done correctly.
That same evening, Mr. Menzel called me after work and promised me his support in the correction of the error after consultation with Husqvarna possibly as a guarantee.
Within a few days (in the summer high season!) I got my robotic lawnmower repaired and recognized by Husqvarna as a warranty case.
Therefore I would like to thank Husqvarna-Fachwerkstett "Motorgeräte Menzel" as well as Husqvarna for the customer-friendly service!
I can highly recommend this workshop with competence and dedication to the customer to everyone here in the region.
Best advice when it comes to engine devices. Everyone should shop there.
