Lack of cost transparency on all corners. -Cost for the plastic Giro account card 10 € - Account maintenance fees for ONLINE BANKING WITHOUT SERVICE 4 € / Monthly = 48 € per year Cost per online transfer 20 cents for getting a TAN via SMS (lol) - Cost of prepaid credit card (!!!) 30 € per year - plus variable ATM withdrawal fees. 88 € per year for which service? No service! In an era of disruption, I wish Volksbank every success with its strategy! That needs the world! -> Will change to the DKB
