Had to get a new EU driver's license because I still had the pink license and had to enter an additional code. Appointments were easy and deadlines were timely. The lady in the driver's license office was very nice, friendly, competent and courteous. Driver's license application, preliminary driver's license, etc. all quickly and easily. It was an extremely positive experience for me.

I came shortly before lunch for a fine dust sticker for my FIAT with a new windshield. And they were very kind to me anyway.

Going to the authorities is not necessarily one of my favorite things to do. But since it was time to exchange my old driver's license for a new EU driver's license, I went to the district office's driver's license office a few weeks ago. I am very satisfied with the way my case has been dealt with. The responsible clerk handled my case in a friendly and professional manner. After about three weeks I received a message that the new driver's license is ready to be picked up. So I went to the driving license office again today. Since I had a class 3 driver's license beforehand, I asked a few questions that were answered competently and friendly by the clerk.
