What just does not work and unfortunately for many years is a problem for the consumer, are the cold Leberkäs. Although I can understand that you do not want to change the taste with a warming box, but I've been eating Leberkäs for over 20 years, but just too often cold and that's a no-go! Today I bought my last with you until a warming box comes. 4 different Leberkäs lay on the left rear of the board and the waitress said the calf's liver cheese was cold. I took two rolls of the other and it was already cold. How cold was the calf's liver? Sry sir Sax junior, but that's been bothering me forever. Many other butchers not to say, almost all have such a heat box and that's what I ask of you too. Customer with the whole family for over 25 years from Aiterhofen.
