Actually 0 stars, The ladies and gentlemen do not think it necessary to answer the phone when calling. Or you get to hear that all (probably 2) lines are busy, both during the week at any time of the day and at the beginning and end of office hours. You don't get into a fair queue as would be the case with reputable call centers, no, you are told how busy you are and immediately thrown out of the line. This makes it a fun game of chance on the phone if you are the first to guess when to call to get on the line. Especially in times of Corona where you are referred from all departments to the health department, this is an absurdity, especially since my email was not replied to after 3 working days, which I wrote out of desperation because nobody there knows how to use a phone. The opening times are a cheeky cheek that are unreasonable for both professionals and students and are completely meaningless. Only other officials can keep appointments during opening hours, everyone else goes to work / school when the office opens, and come home when it closes. A true figment of the German bureaucratic state. To say it in Internet German "delete yourselves"
