If there are zero stars I would give them! As can be read in other reviews, everything has already been said, you get the feeling that only the money counts. The main thing is that it multiplies by itself. Friendliness is very deceptive here. ; (we are very, very disappointed. How customers are dealt with is really impossible!

I bought a house through Kilian Immobilien and was positively impressed all round. The following points struck me as particularly positive compared to other brokers with whom I have already had contact. - Response time is extremely short - Appointments are made exclusively customer-oriented - Extroverted and uncomplicated nature of Mr. Kilian, this enables very direct communication without much blabla - All important - for the bank - documents are sent to you unsolicited, so the exchange with the bank can be reduced to a minimum - I was most impressed by the synopsis, because in this case it shouldn't be an exposé, but rather a book. Thanks for that, unfortunately, that is anything but usual. I would be very happy about further business with the Kilian real estate team in the future. As a result, I only have to say, 100% recommended :)

Mr. Kilian has done me the sale of a property very good services. With great personal commitment, he tries to achieve the optimal price and is always open to personal requests and questions from the seller. he also has the interests of the buyer but always in view. I would commission Mr. Kilian again at any time.

Hardly reachable! Not professional ! After interest in a property, they were informed that they would contact us, but the property was suddenly gone and no one reported!
