Had a complaint because of a burst ball, the call I was only insulted wild, manager was not to speak. Actually only wanted a fair solution, e.g. replace the ball, but unfortunately no suggestion came. Mieser Laden sells lousy cheap goods The owner's answer, which I have just read today, causes me to complete the review: there was no substitute for the broken ball, there was no contact from the company and there was no accommodating solution. Every single letter of the owner's answer is a lie. Really scary!
