Attention! I ordered skirting boards from Leiste24. After a short time a shipping information came with a forwarding company. After nothing happened for a week and no one could be reached by phone at Leiste24 and no emails answered, I contacted the shipping company. There were no goods here. A few days later (i.e. 10 days after shipping information) I get an email from Leiste24 that the goods are not available at all and that I cannot be given a delivery time. I can't believe how incompetent you can be. Don't order here !!!

If I could, I wouldn't give a star at all! Absolutely unfriendly female creature that "received" me today IN THE OPENING HOURS and said it was now a meeting and she is not bringing anyone out who could sell me anything. And that despite the fact that we called extra this morning (as we have 50 km to get there) and registered for the afternoon. Absolutely not possible! Customer service = zero !!!

1a service. The quality is really great. One can only express praise here. I always find what I need here. Better selection than in the hardware store and even the quality convinced me 100%.

Very poor performance. I bought covering strips here. On my mail request for accessories, I was told that I should look at the website myself ... very smart ... as if I hadn't done this ... no advice, I didn't know what I was doing and just wanted to who know which accessories are the right ones. Instead of helping me as a professional, I should look myself. Bad would like to knock his stuff around their ears again.
