After some time ago the transfer machine was rationalized away, I was able to come to terms with the argument of the cost - benefit - ratio. Transfers could be since then in a specially designated and appropriately marked mailbox throw. Worked for me easily. Recently, there is no longer this special mailbox and it depends only the general there, as since then, but lacks any indication whether the transfers are here in the future or not. A call in the service center Stuttgart brought, who would have expected otherwise, no clarification. Even if the account is free, customer service and service look decidedly different for me.
