Since I have to extend my ID, I went to the town hall and wanted to make an appointment, but because of the current situation due to covid 19, the town hall is closed and you can only make appointments by phone or online. (You could have told me that in the letter then I would not have gone there extra) Then you call to make an appointment (and since I was standing in front of the town hall I saw that the offices were full) and no one answered . Well noticed, I called during the given opening times. And that really can't be from me, unfortunately, only 1 star for this competence.

You usually don't have to wait long, the atmosphere is cozy and the staff are friendly and competent.
