Since the lockdown, the admissions office is even more difficult to reach than before. Not at all by phone, because of "too many visitors" no matter what time. Emails are not answered and you need an appointment to visit ... cheek. It's only about one thing that has already been done. Unreasonable.
Pure chicane! Both the manager and most of the staff are unfortunately very rude. People should be able to talk to each other normally. Here you are unfortunately just poked on stupidly. Not a good service!
I was there twice this year, the waiting times are absolutely okay compared to before. If I register a car, I will be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes. Very friendly service and nice staff, so some retailers can cut themselves off - I also had questions by phone in advance, which were answered reliably and correctly.
You can feel the corona craze right at the entrance .. UN-qualified and grumpy "reception" ..
But after an "acceptable waiting time" it went on without any problems .. including two FRIENDLY clerks, as you would like. Qualified, goal-oriented, speedy procedure .. In this case it was really tip-top. From a personal point of view, this is usually the case .., the clerk staff is mostly OK.
Come from the TÜV and need a change in the vehicle documents, no new registration. The bouncer tells me that I will not be able to come in without an appointment and it does not matter whether it is a new registration or a change in the papers. Online reservations only possible from June 9th and by telephone, in order to perhaps clarify the whole thing, was not possible due to the high number of visitors ... Top. It's not like I'm dependent on my machine.
