Not a good experience ... I had treatment (hifu) but without success ... There is no money back ... Failures may not be posted because they threaten you directly with an advertisement ... Rework is not offered ... If I had rather burned the money, I could have at least warmed myself up with it !! I will never come again and I do not recommend it to anyone!

5 stars are really too few! I am very happy about my eyebrows. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Price / performance is fantastic.

Mega disappointment !!!! I won the Facebook competition at the end of June 2018 and was really happy. Then came the first disappointments, as I have not been answered several times over months and no one was to reach by phone. The next disappointment came when I finally got an answer for the consultation and on my day off in Waiblingen stood in front of a locked door and again as always was none to reach! Then it was claimed that the appointment had been in Eisligen, although the raffle for Waiblingen was due to the reopening ... Well, customer satisfaction is probably the number one thing;) Not even 1 year later, I am now informed, after I have requested new appointments that I may no longer redeem the profit. UNBELIEVABLE ANSWERS TO MY NEWS AND SUBMISSIONS.
