I recently had to organize a funeral in Trier, 600 km away. I was recommended burials by friends of Diederich. Since I can't be in Trier that often, a lot had to be organized by email and phone. It worked very well. The first meeting was still on site in Trier (I can only recommend it). Mr. Diederich explained the individual points of the funeral very well. I did not have the feeling that he absolutely wanted to sell individual services to us, but gave a lot of help in the funeral process. Incidentally, that was still the case after the funeral. Although the funeral has already been scheduled, the Diederich Funeral team took care of the extra service without hesitation. You even packed the return postage in the envelope. You rarely see such a service today. I can only recommend!!!
