I have given zero stars for this company. Customer service looks different. Had to wait 6 weeks for my order and then the wrong part was delivered. Instead of an apology, I was accused of having ordered the wrong part. I ordered the first and last time from this company.

Addendum 13.10: I received a reimbursement for the saw band from Gemax and in the meantime I also ordered a saw blade for the circular saw, which was delivered quickly and with which I am very satisfied. So I suspect that my experience with the band saw blade was really rather an exception. Short version: - Saw band too long despite correct information (or missing information about manufacturing tolerances in the web shop) - A negative rating in the shop itself is not activated Long version: I have ordered a saw band from Sägeblatt-König (the order then goes to Gemax / will be processed by Gemax). The tape actually makes a good impression. However, despite correct information, it did not fit my machine. Re-measuring had shown that the tape is 7mm too long, which I unfortunately cannot compensate for on the saw. Upon request, I was informed that fluctuations of up to 8mm are due to manufacturing technology. If there is no other way, then so be it. But I would expect the seller to point this out. I definitely can't do anything with the saw blade that I got. The fact that I only give one star is also due to the fact that the webshop does not display a rating from me. I pointed out my problem there almost two weeks ago, in a rather negative review. This has not yet been activated. That's why I'm now rating the shop here via Google, as I'm assuming that nothing will be deleted here. Because of the many positive reviews here, I think that my case is perhaps more of a marginal phenomenon, other saws have no problems with the tolerances and maybe I just had bad luck with the way my belt turned out. In any case, the shop didn't make a good impression on me in several ways.
