I have been a customer of this bank for over 10 years and have always been satisfied! The employees are all friendly and accommodating. Here one takes time for each individual customer and is not processed. Thumbs up. Keep it up!

The last few years only had bad experiences with the branch in St. Wendel. Absolutely no accommodation, but a good deal of arrogance. I have now pulled the emergency brake and changed the bank. Absolutely not recommendable.

Not recommendable. I needed an appointment for credit counseling and this would only be possible with all documents of the house. Oddly enough, advice from other banks in the area was possible without any problems.

Especially no unnecessary fees. If you want cozy atmosphere should go to the country to the bank. Costs.

This bank does not even earn 1 star, we just stopped by the, the transfers do not cover even though the account is sufficiently covered, comes through the only in more trouble, so that you can not get his money and ran through the only more overhead and problems. You can call on the number where you get there for this Berabeitungsabteilung around the clock and does not come through even though you every second chooses, it's only occupied and on the emails you get no answer. One of the only good German ripped, my next step is that I turn my lawyer today.
