Petrol station attendant refuses to hand over the toilet key in case of an absolute emergency, so that one is forced to do his business outdoors, very unfriendly could not buy anything and the employee has drawn a surplus from the back. Absolutely unacceptable and that as a Shell VPower Premium customer !!!! Absolute cheek !!!!

Well ..... service is something else. Each pump unlock Ad blue unlock again and 500l not even coffee offered. Is not the shell man who maneuvered. At least the service was friendly.
