Airfield Bad Durkheim

A very friendly flight controller, coming from the northeast, offered us, without asking, the direct entry into the right transverse approach onto runway 26. After filling up with super, we went back out on the slope against the mountain after rolling back. Here you can see the downdraft in the lee quite clearly in the climbing values!

EDRF: Summer, sun, swimming, relaxing, good food with a view of the slopes, by bike to the town, giant barrel, salt pans, Isenach in the spa park, slowing down, relaxation, pure joy.

Nice place. We were able to see several landings and take-offs. At close range.
