Lousy service, just got the wrong information. And in the end I got ridiculous. The staff have no idea about their own products, but they don't want to admit this, prefer to claim that the customer had misunderstood everything. Very disappointing.

So far I have had only bad experiences with the service staff. You don't get help or a bottle of information. Who do you have to report to?

I wonder why I'm still a customer at VR Bank. When selling financial products, everything works fine. The bank also earns nice money there. If you need the service that the bank does not deserve, no pig cares. It just will not help you. I prefer to go to an online bank.
