Probably the worst bank in the world! I have already opened bank accounts for over 50 corporations and kept in touch with the bank. At this bank, however, I was “only” a private customer. I was never told that the bank would become a completely different bank and I was never told that suddenly completely different employees had access to my data. Furthermore, I only received a block-like answer from a dubious employee. My account was made without my approval and deposits for business shares. I never agreed to this and I was not informed about it! The bank in turn claims that it would have informed on the website ... I can only warn everyone about this new bank! Some things go wrong here! To date, no one has personally contacted me and is trying to resolve my concerns. This is all about money! The customer is not the focus at all!

So what I've heard from this bank the last few weeks is underground! Customers were not informed, payments were simply made to the shares, some just got a new account number, others are not served on the phone service because they do not know their new (unwanted) account number and this is also not on the debit card, since she is new. But the coronation I got told at a board meeting in our home. A customer has complained about the whole process that he was not informed and he does not want all that. But it will probably not be reversed. This customer has probably already teamed up with other clients with a lawyer because of privacy concerns. So I guess very much from this bank. So much negative in such a small town is very rare.

My best friend's partner was a customer here. If I only believe half of what he says about the bank, I wonder how this bank can still exist. I have a bad gut feeling. Sorry.
