I always found the employees to be friendly, citizen-oriented and competent. This goes up to the mayor, who is a "hands-on representative of the people". A democracy can always have different opinions on individual factual issues; however, it is important that the citizen is valued and taken seriously, and I have this impression in our city administration, from the mayor to the clerk.
