Bad service, unfriendly staff, handling of concerns unprofessional and sloppy in good German, you only get important information after 15 months after a change comes into force and then you have to pay because the DAK has made a mistake? Doesn't work at all. If you then ask how it can be, employees become unfriendly. Absolutely not recommended. Then you even get a benefit ban even though you are in an employment supposedly no contributions have been made since the beginning of the employment which is also not true because my employer always pays. Accordingly, I will change after 25 years and reserve the right to take legal steps and possibly contact the arbitration board, as no solution can be found with the employees.
